Returns
We accept returns within 14 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Not damaged, modified, installed, soldered, lubricated, filmed, or altered in any way
- Returned with all included accessories, parts, and packaging

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used keyboard switches
- Switches that have been installed, soldered, lubed, filmed, opened, or modified
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Refunds

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, if it meets our return conditions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help check with the shipping carrier.
A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms it, or until there has been no tracking update for an extended period.
